Once you complete our pre-qualification stage, attaching all supporting documentation (Proof of Employment, Regular Income, Identification), we start the process of arranging for you to freely visit our construction sites for ongoing projects or viewing of completed projects. You DON'T pay us a DIME until you pick the keys to your habitable housing unit.

MULTI-STRATEGY
We have different affordable housing options in line with our multi-strategy, optimum land use policies and timelines. We have developments (multiple units) one a standard one plot to over 10 acres developments (adjoining or dispartate) at different locations with different price points - Ongoing Construction, Completion and Handover for immediate occupancy till 2050.
Option 1: New Build (Off-Plan)
No reservation deposit required off-plan where pre-qualified prospective buyers select their preferred projects (location-specific). All lands, drawings and permits are done by us, and you don't do anything but pack your bags and move in when ready.
Option 2: New Build (Move-in Ready)
In case where we have move-in ready units for immediate occupation, minimum of 5% of the property price will be required before keys will be handed over.
Where pre-qualified prospective buyers opt to move into any our existing move-in ready properties in our inventory or portfolio.
PRE-SALES ORDERS
We don't give audience to unqualified buyers. To make a reservation, you first need to get pre-qualified (where proof of employment and source of your regular income will be verified), in line with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
The maximum waiting time for your reserved 3-bedroom house (detached or semi-detached) to be ready for occupation is 3-6 months. 2-bedroom apartments can take up to 12 months after reservation.
No Reservation Deposit required, UNLESS you're making changes to our existing designs for which building permits may have already been procured for - for which a minimum of GHs100,000 upfront deposit will be required before your modifications will be effected.
NON-OBLIGATORY PURCHASE
You're not obligated to go ahead and buy your reserved unit after completion IF you stuck with our designs and did not make any changes to it.
However, if you opted to make changes to our designs and paid an upfront deposit for those modifications to be made, your deposit is non-refundable when we updated you on every step of the modified construction process.
