Optimum Land Usage

The optimum allocation of land resources is an important process that promotes the intensive use of land resources and facilitates sustainable development. The main land-use optimum allocation models generally tend to ignore the influence of human activities on the optimization of land-use, leading to inaccurate optimization results for the land-use spatial layout and impeding sustainable land-use planning.

With the advances in global industrialization and urbanization, land resources have become subject to development and protection, but also to supply and demand. Adequate optimization of land-use can effectively improve land-use efficiency and promote the sustainable use of land resources. It is therefore crucial to balance land resource demand and supply.

To achieve maximum social, economic, and ecological benefits, the allocation and spatial distribution of land resources are optimized according to the natural status and economic situation of the respective area.

Our land-use spatial optimum allocation model guarantees maximum profitability within our preset affordable housing pricing limit of GHs120,000 and GHs800,000, as it's not uncommon for us to have minimum of 16 unit 2-bedroom apartments over four(4) floors on a standard 100x70ft or 80x70ft land size, with adequate parking and other onsite facilities and still meeting our profitability targets.
