After your land acquisition, you can avail yourself of any of the following options:
Build Now Pay Later
Opportunity to have a corporate sibling Build Now Pay Later Ghana build for you on your own land, with your own design, and allow you to repay over a period up to 30yrs (but not exceeding pension at age 60), if you're a public or private sector salaried worker or registered business owner.
Specific maximum monthly repayment amount is based on your verifiable net monthly income
Building Materials On Credit
If you choose to build yourself, and you need help with buying building materials & supplies on credit via DCANS Supply Ghana.
