Some payments made to use may be refundable, subject to certain conditions being met:
PRE-QUALIFICATION FEE
Not refund, if you go ahead and make the purchase. May only be refundable less administrative charge of GHs500, if you decide not to proceed with the purchase and did not submit to us fraudulent information and/or supporting documentation.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
There are generally no reservation deposit when buying with us and not making any design changes. However, if you made reservation deposit for us to make some changes to our already drawn architectural and/or structural drawings, this reservation deposit is not refundable, if you decide not back out from buying the unit.
DOWN-PAYMENT
If you have made any down-payment to move-into a unit, this may be refunded within 7 days only after move-in. If you stay in there beyond 7 days, your down-payment will not be refunded.
MONTHLY REPAYMENTS
Only monthly repayments less than 7 days of payment are fundable, if you're moving out.
REPAYMENT PROCESS
You obviously can only request a refund if you have valid login details with us. You simply login and complete the refund form here.
PROCESSING TIMELINE
Typically takes anywhere within 30 days and 90 days.
REPAYMENT ACCOUNT
Refund to the same payment account that was used to send us the payment, in the first place - in line with our anti-money laundering policy.
