It's important for prospective affordable housing buyers to acknowledge that their choices are usually limited when it comes to homeownership on a shoe-striing budget (GHs400,000 - GHs1,000,000), and it's not possible to get an affordable home within that price point in some of the prime areas in Ghana (Cantonments, Osu, Ridge, etc).

This is not an exhaustive list, as land acquisition by DCANS Lands Ghana is always an ongoing process, just as developments and/or construction. Pre-qualified prospective buyers can always find specific ongoing and/or near completion projects via our property listings.
IF you don't like any of our locations, you can buy your own land in any part of Ghana and Build Now Pay Later Ghana (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited) can build your preferred design on your own land and spread the repayment over several years up to 30yrs (but not exceeding pension at age 60).
