The only upfront fee charged is our one-time onboarding fee of GHs5,000 for Ghana-Residents (GHs10,000 for Non-Ghana Residents), irrespective of the property type you're buying: This transparent fee covers part of our server and software fees, document processing (proof of permanent employment and regular net monthly income above GHs5,000 checks), free transportation to project sites. This is refundable if you decide not to buy from us anymore.
Do you charge any reservation fees or deposit?
No, unless you're making some changes to our existing designs to suit your personal needs, which may or may not result in us updating our architectural and/or structural drawings to procure new building permit.
