Property Acquisition Costs

A mortgage is not the only expense when you move into a house. There’s property tax, insurance, legal fees, plus a down payment. Even with our No Reservation Fees and No Downpayment Mortgage options, there are fees that come with buying a property.

The good news is, we can capitalize some of these fees onto your property cost of you want. But it's always good to settle these costs at move-in time to reduce your repayment burden.

You should always typically budget 2-7% of the property price as costs.
