You can currently only apply to buy any of our Affordable Housing Units via Ghana Property Traders (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited). All units we sell come with Direct Seller-Financed Mortgages and Rent-to-Buy options via DCANS Mortgage Ghana and Rent-to-Buy Ghana.
To qualify, you must be a Ghana-Resident First-Time Buyer with Permanent Employment in the Public or Private Sector or Registered Business Owner, with verifiable Net Monthly Household Income Above GHS2,000.

We DON'T require you to make any upfront reservation fees with us, but upfront platform fees apply - Only Serious Prospective Buyers Please. No Agent Please.
You only need to demonstrate Proof of Permanent Employment and Net Regular Monthly Income above GHS2,000 and Most recent 2yrs SSNIT Statement if you're a Private Sector Salaried Worker (SSNIT Statement not required for Public Sector Salaried Workers).

NO UPFRONT RESERVATION FEES
Unlike other providers who may require you to make quite substantial upfront reservations fees in excess of $5,000 even before a block is put to the ground, you're not required to make any upfront reservation fees.
The only time a minimum reservation fee of GHS10,000 is required with us is - if applied prospective buyers have completed their independent due diligence on the project site land in question and their prospective unit is above 50% complete. Any reservation fee paid to us is applicable to property price on completion and/or move-in, unlike other providers which will/may be separate from the property price at handover.
